CloudFest Americas Miami 2026: Dates, Tickets and Venue

CloudFest Americas and NamesCon Global hit Ice Palace Studios in Miami Nov. 11 to 12, with a Nov. 10 opening party. Passes, schedule and hotels.

Long before Wynwood had murals, the brick building at 1400 North Miami Avenue made ice. Next month it fills with the people who keep the internet running: web hosts, cloud providers, managed service firms, domain investors and the vendors who sell them servers. CloudFest Americas and NamesCon Global take over Ice Palace Studios in Miami on Nov. 11 and 12, 2026, with a pre event day and opening party on Nov. 10.

Passes are sold through the CloudFest Americas ticket and registration page, and one ticket covers both CloudFest Americas and the full NamesCon Global program. The organizer lists a Standard Pass at $899 to $999 and a Vendor Pass at $1,599 to $1,699, with a countdown to a final price increase.

Dates, Venue and Schedule

According to the official CloudFest Americas schedule at a glance, the event runs across three days:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 10 (pre event): exhibitor move in at Ice Palace Studios from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., badge pickup opening at 3 p.m. at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay and Ice Palace Studios, a pickleball tournament at 5 p.m. and the CloudFest Opening Party from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Deck at Wynwood Marketplace
  • Wednesday, Nov. 11 (main event): doors and expo hall open at 8 a.m., stages open at 9 a.m., an opening keynote on AI in cloud at 9:20 a.m., and the NamesCon RightOfTheDot domain and digital asset auction at 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 12 (main event): stages open at 9 a.m., keynotes on domain entrepreneurship and business security, the World Server Throwing Championship at 4 p.m., a closing session at 4:45 p.m. and a closing party from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Ice Palace Tiki Bar

The venue address is Ice Palace, 1400 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33136. The organizer describes the building as a former 1920s ice plant, now an industrial event space near Wynwood. Shuttle service from the host hotel starts at 7:30 a.m. on both main days.

Ticket Prices and Pass Types

The official ticket page lists two individual pass types:

  • Standard Pass, $899 to $999: for enterprise IT, cloud service providers, hosting providers, managed service providers, marketing and web agencies and web developers
  • Vendor Pass, $1,599 to $1,699: for independent software vendors and hardware providers

Both passes include sessions, the expo hall, coffee breaks, networking events, parties and onsite food, plus access to NamesCon Global. The organizer says it reviews every purchase and may ask buyers to upgrade if they choose the wrong pass type. Groups of three or more can contact the organizer for a group discount; the discount amount is not published. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.

The page shows price ranges and a countdown rather than a fixed date for the next increase, so the price at checkout may be the higher end of each range.

Who Should Go

The organizer pitches CloudFest Americas as the meeting point for the internet infrastructure business, and lists 2,000 plus attendees, 175 plus speakers and 60 plus sponsors on its home page. The opening keynote is titled around building for the AI native entrepreneur, delivered by GoDaddy's chief executive.

For South Florida businesses, the clearest fits are:

  • Web design and digital agencies that resell hosting, domains or managed services
  • Managed service providers and IT firms serving small and midsize companies
  • Domain investors and brand owners, who can use the NamesCon auction and sessions
  • Hardware, software and colocation vendors looking for hosting company buyers
  • Companies building or buying cloud and AI capacity who want to meet providers in person

Roundtable discussions for web hosts, agencies and executives are part of the program, and the expanded networking lounges are open for meetings throughout both days.

Networking and Side Events

Much of the value at an industry festival like this happens away from the stages, and the organizer's CloudFest Americas networking events page lists a full slate beyond the sessions.

  • Welcome party at The Deck: a full venue takeover of The Deck at Wynwood Marketplace on Nov. 10, with a DJ, open bar, pickleball courts and roller skating, according to the organizer
  • Pickleball tournament: a competition for the CloudFest NamesCon Pickleball Champion 2026 title, held at Wynwood Marketplace
  • Morning run: a 3 mile, or 5K, round trip run across the West Venetian Causeway toward Miami Beach, turning at San Marino Island, with pace groups for different speeds
  • Women of the Web Lunch: a lunch on the Tiki Patio on Nov. 11 for women working across tech, development and digital business
  • Under 30 meetup: a designated gathering for younger attendees hosted by members of the event leadership team
  • RightOfTheDot domain auction: a live digital asset auction on Nov. 11 run by auctioneer Wayne Wheat, with registration required to bid
  • World Server Throwing Championship: attendees compete to throw real server hardware the farthest, on Nov. 12 at 4 p.m.
  • Closing party: the final gathering at the Ice Palace Tiki Bar on Nov. 12 from 5 to 8 p.m.

The organizer also lists expanded networking lounges on site for meetings and work time, which can be useful for local firms that want to book short sit downs with prospects between sessions. For a South Florida company that sells into hosting or cloud, a plan that mixes one or two targeted sessions with the expo hall and the evening events tends to produce more conversations than sessions alone.

Why It Matters for South Florida

Miami's role as a network hub for Latin America is part of why infrastructure events land here. The same logic drives new data center plans across the region, from Palm Beach County's Project Tango to smaller sites in Miami-Dade. The South Florida data centers guide tracks those projects, and the FPL 8 GW data center target guide for Florida contractors explains the power side.

For local firms, an event like this is a chance to meet hosting and cloud companies that buy services, rent space or hire partners in the region without flying out of state.

Hotels and Getting There

The host hotel is the Marriott Biscayne Bay at 1633 N Bayshore Drive, with a shuttle to Ice Palace Studios. The organizer says the discounted room block there is sold out, though regular rate rooms can still be booked. A second block at the Hilton Miami Downtown, 1601 Biscayne Boulevard, was listed at $309 single or double and is also marked sold out. The organizer notes that attendees do not need a car, since events are on site or nearby.

How to Plan Your Visit

  • Register early on the official ticket page to avoid the final price increase
  • Pick up badges on Nov. 10 after 3 p.m. to skip the morning line on Nov. 11
  • Book the Nov. 10 opening party at Wynwood Marketplace into your schedule for informal networking
  • Bring business cards and a short pitch if you sell to hosting or cloud companies
  • Check the agenda page for session times, which the organizer may update
